Hard Reset Procedure

  Press and hold Volu down and power key
ofter see celkon logo reslease two buttons
hold vol up key for 3sec
now andriod logo appears like this

press home key for reset menu
use vol key's for scroll

select with options key 

After see celkon logo reslease two buttons

(Quick) press and hold vol up key for 3sec

to see the andriod logo
